(1)引脚识别
三(san)端(duan)(duan)(duan)稳压(ya)器的(de)封(feng)装有金(jin)属封(feng)装和塑料(liao)封(feng)装两种,外形如(ru)(ru)同一只大功率晶(jing)体管,引脚的(de)排列(lie)如(ru)(ru)图(tu)9-30所示。不同系(xi)列(lie)的(de)稳压(ya)器,其各脚的(de)作用(yong)不同。其中(zhong)最常(chang)用(yong)的(de)W78××系(xi)列(lie)稳压(ya)器,为(wei)(wei)输(shu)(shu)入(ru)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(I),为(wei)(wei)输(shu)(shu)出端(duan)(duan)(duan)(O),为(wei)(wei)公共(gong)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(COM);W79××系(xi)列(lie)则(ze)是为(wei)(wei)公共(gong)端(duan)(duan)(duan),为(wei)(wei)输(shu)(shu)出端(duan)(duan)(duan),为(wei)(wei)输(shu)(shu)入(ru)端(duan)(duan)(duan);常(chang)用(yong)的(de)可调(diao)三(san)端(duan)(duan)(duan)稳压(ya)器LM317T,外形如(ru)(ru)W78××,其为(wei)(wei)可调(diao)端(duan)(duan)(duan),为(wei)(wei)输(shu)(shu)入(ru)端(duan)(duan)(duan),为(wei)(wei)输(shu)(shu)出端(duan)(duan)(duan)。端(duan)(duan)(duan)输(shu)(shu)出电(dian)压(ya)值由端(duan)(duan)(duan)电(dian)压(ya)变化调(diao)节(jie)。
(2)性能鉴别
对78××和(he)79××系(xi)列三(san)端稳压(ya)器,鉴别(bie)其好坏可使用(yong)万用(yong)表(biao) R × 100挡,分别(bie)检(jian)(jian)测其输入端与(yu)输出端的(de)正、反向电阻值。正常时(shi),阻值相差(cha)在数千(qian)欧以上;若阻值相差(cha)很小或(huo)近似为(wei)零,说明其已损坏。表(biao)9-14、表(biao)9-15为(wei)最常用(yong)的(de)78××和(he)79××21种三(san)端稳压(ya)器的(de)实(shi)测各引(yin)脚非(fei)在路(lu)电阻值,供(gong)检(jian)(jian)测时(shi)参考。

(1)分清3个引出脚
三端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)集(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)稳(wen)压(ya)器的(de)(de)输(shu)(shu)入(ru)、输(shu)(shu)出(chu)和接(jie)地端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)装错时(shi)很容(rong)易损坏,需特(te)别注意。在安装时(shi)一定要焊接(jie)良好,否则会导致输(shu)(shu)出(chu)电压(ya)的(de)(de)波动,易损坏输(shu)(shu)出(chu)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)上的(de)(de)其他电路,也可(ke)能损坏集(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)稳(wen)压(ya)器本身。在拆装集(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)稳(wen)压(ya)器时(shi)要先断开(kai)电源(yuan)。输(shu)(shu)出(chu)电压(ya)大于6V的(de)(de)三端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)集(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)稳(wen)压(ya)器的(de)(de)输(shu)(shu)入(ru)、输(shu)(shu)出(chu)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)最好接(jie)一保护(hu)二极管,可(ke)防止输(shu)(shu)入(ru)电压(ya)突(tu)然降低(di)时(shi),输(shu)(shu)出(chu)电容(rong)对输(shu)(shu)出(chu)端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)放电引起(qi)三端(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)集(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)稳(wen)压(ya)器的(de)(de)损坏。
(2)正确选择输(shu)入电(dian)压范围(wei)
三(san)端(duan)集成稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)内部的(de)二极(ji)管(guan)、三(san)极(ji)管(guan)均有(you)一定(ding)的(de)耐压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)值,因此整流(liu)器(qi)(qi)输出电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)最大(da)值不能大(da)于集成稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)最大(da)允许输入(ru)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)值。7805(7905)~7818(7918)的(de)最大(da)输入(ru)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)为(wei)35V,7824(7924)的(de)最大(da)输入(ru)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)为(wei) 40V。由于三(san)端(duan)集成稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)有(you)一个(ge)使(shi)用最小压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)差(约(yue)为(wei)2V)的(de)限制,一般应使(shi)其(qi)保持(chi)在6V左右。
(3)保证散热良好
对于用三端集(ji)(ji)成稳压器组成的(de)(de)大功(gong)率稳压电源(yuan),应在三端集(ji)(ji)成稳压器上安装足够(gou)大的(de)(de)散(san)(san)热(re)器。当(dang)散(san)(san)热(re)器的(de)(de)面积不够(gou)大,而内部调整管(guan)的(de)(de)结温达(da)到保护动作点附近时(shi),集(ji)(ji)成稳压器的(de)(de)稳压性能将(jiang)变差。
(4)并联运用
如果需(xu)要较大的(de)(de)(de)稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)电流输出,而(er)(er)单(dan)(dan)只集成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)输出电流又(you)不够时,可(ke)采(cai)用(yong)同(tong)型号稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)并联(lian)输出的(de)(de)(de)方法。这时的(de)(de)(de)最(zui)大输出电流为(wei)nIomax。式(shi)中n 为(wei)并联(lian)稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)个(ge)数,Iomax为(wei)单(dan)(dan)个(ge)稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)最(zui)大输出电流。稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)并联(lian)运行时需(xu)注意两(liang)点:一(yi)(yi)是并联(lian)使用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)集成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)电路应采(cai)用(yong)同(tong)一(yi)(yi)厂家、同(tong)一(yi)(yi)型号(包括后(hou)缀(zhui))的(de)(de)(de)产品,以保证集成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)参数的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)致性;二是最(zui)好在输出总(zong)电流上留有(you)20%的(de)(de)(de)余量(liang),这样(yang)可(ke)以避(bi)免因个(ge)别集成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)失效而(er)(er)造成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)其他集成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)连(lian)锁烧毁。
