锂(li)电(dian)池(chi)维(wei)护板是对串联锂(li)电(dian)池(chi)组(zu)的充放电(dian)维(wei)护。充溢电(dian)时能保证各单(dan)体电(dian)池(chi)之间的电(dian)压差别小于设定值(普通(tong)±20mV),完成电(dian)池(chi)组(zu)各单(dan)体电(dian)池(chi)的均充,有(you)效地(di)改善(shan)了串联充电(dian)方式下的充电(dian)效果(guo)。同时检测电(dian)池(chi)组(zu)中(zhong)各个单(dan)体电(dian)池(chi)的过压、欠压、过流、短路(lu)、过温状态,维(wei)护并延(yan)长(zhang)电(dian)池(chi)运用(yong)寿命。欠压(ya)维(wei)护使每(mei)一(yi)单节电池在放(fang)电运用(yong)时防止电池因过放(fang)电而损坏。

短路维(wei)护(hu)功用:能维(wei)护(hu),断开负载可自(zi)恢复。
主要功(gong)(gong)用:过(guo)充维(wei)(wei)护功(gong)(gong)用,过(guo)放维(wei)(wei)护功(gong)(gong)用,短(duan)路维(wei)(wei)护功(gong)(gong)用,过(guo)流(liu)维(wei)(wei)护功(gong)(gong)用,过(guo)温维(wei)(wei)护功(gong)(gong)用。
接口(kou)(kou)定义:该(gai)板(ban)的充电(dian)口(kou)(kou)与放电(dian)口(kou)(kou)互相(xiang)独立(li),两(liang)者共正极(ji),B-为(wei)(wei)衔接电(dian)池的负极(ji),C-为(wei)(wei)充电(dian)口(kou)(kou)的负极(ji);P-为(wei)(wei)放电(dian)口(kou)(kou)的负极(ji);B-、P-、C-焊盘均是过孔(kong)式,焊盘孔(kong)直(zhi)径(jing)均为(wei)(wei)3mm;电(dian)池各(ge)充电(dian)检测接口(kou)(kou)以DC针(zhen)座方(fang)式输(shu)出。

维护特(te)性局(ju)部测试
1. 单节(jie)电池过充维护(hu)测试(COV),
A、维护下限(xian):测(ce)试维护板能否(fou)提早维护,影响电池容量值;
B、维(wei)护(hu)上限:测(ce)试维(wei)护(hu)板能否有维(wei)护(hu),影响(xiang)电池(chi)的(de)平(ping)安(an)性;
C、维护(hu)延时间上、下限:维护(hu)延时间能否(fou)在设计范围;
D、恢复测试(shi):维护(hu)后,能否能恢复,关(guan)系(xi)电池能否再次运用问题。
2. 单节电池过放维(wei)护测试(CUV);
A、维(wei)护值上下限:一(yi)(yi)个(ge)是,电池能(neng)否放到最底值,容量能(neng)否完整(zheng)放出(chu)来,一(yi)(yi)个(ge)是一(yi)(yi)定(ding)要保 护,否则影响电池的(de)寿命;
B、维(wei)护延时间(jian):维(wei)护延时间(jian)能(neng)否在设计范围(wei),
C、恢(hui)复(fu)值、恢(hui)复(fu)时(shi)间:维护后(hou),能(neng)(neng)否能(neng)(neng)恢(hui)复(fu),关系电池能(neng)(neng)否再(zai)次运用问题。
3. PACK电池过压(ya)维护测试(POV)维护值(zhi)、维护延时(shi)间(jian)、恢复(fu)值(zhi)、恢复(fu)时(shi)间(jian)(假如有(you)测(ce)COV,POV不(bu)用(yong)测(ce),普通比(bi)拟不(bu)倡议只(zhi)测(ce)POV,由(you)于总组的(de)POV即便有(you)维护,并不(bu)代表每一(yi)节的(de)都可以维护,万一(yi)有(you)某(mou)一(yi)节不(bu)维护了,那就很风(feng)险。)

6. 放电(dian)过流维(wei)护(hu)(OCDSG);
A、维护值(zhi)上下限(xian):显得优为重(zhong)要,下限(xian),不(bu)能提早维护,否则影响(xiang)功率,车跑不(bu)快、电开工具(ju)转不(bu)动等,上限(xian)一定维护,不(bu)维护导(dao)至(zhi)烧电机、电池发热(re)等问(wen)题(ti);
B、维(wei)护(hu)(hu)延时(shi)间上(shang)下(xia)限:这个也比(bi)拟重要,下(xia)限不维(wei)护(hu)(hu),假如提早维(wei)护(hu)(hu)了,电(dian)开工具,会招致旋不紧(jin);上(shang)限不维(wei)护(hu)(hu),可(ke)能(neng)招致烧电(dian)机、电(dian)池发热等问题;
C、恢(hui)复值、恢(hui)复时间:影响电池再次运用;
