锂(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)维(wei)(wei)护板是对串(chuan)联(lian)锂(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)组的充(chong)放电(dian)(dian)(dian)维(wei)(wei)护。充(chong)溢电(dian)(dian)(dian)时能保证各(ge)单体(ti)(ti)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)之间的电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)差别(bie)小于设定值(普通±20mV),完成(cheng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)组各(ge)单体(ti)(ti)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的均充(chong),有效地改善(shan)了串(chuan)联(lian)充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)方式下的充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)效果。同时检测电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)组中各(ge)个单体(ti)(ti)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的过(guo)压(ya)、欠压(ya)、过(guo)流、短(duan)路、过(guo)温状(zhuang)态,维(wei)(wei)护并延长(zhang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)运用寿命。欠压维护使每(mei)一单节电池(chi)在放电运(yun)用时防止电池(chi)因过放电而损(sun)坏。

主要功(gong)用(yong)(yong):过(guo)(guo)充(chong)维(wei)护(hu)功(gong)用(yong)(yong),过(guo)(guo)放维(wei)护(hu)功(gong)用(yong)(yong),短(duan)路维(wei)护(hu)功(gong)用(yong)(yong),过(guo)(guo)流维(wei)护(hu)功(gong)用(yong)(yong),过(guo)(guo)温维(wei)护(hu)功(gong)用(yong)(yong)。
接口(kou)定(ding)义:该(gai)板的(de)充(chong)(chong)电口(kou)与放电口(kou)互相独立,两者共正极(ji),B-为(wei)衔(xian)接电池的(de)负(fu)(fu)(fu)极(ji),C-为(wei)充(chong)(chong)电口(kou)的(de)负(fu)(fu)(fu)极(ji);P-为(wei)放电口(kou)的(de)负(fu)(fu)(fu)极(ji);B-、P-、C-焊(han)盘(pan)均是(shi)过(guo)孔(kong)(kong)式,焊(han)盘(pan)孔(kong)(kong)直径均为(wei)3mm;电池各充(chong)(chong)电检测接口(kou)以DC针(zhen)座方式输出(chu)。
参数(shu)阐(chan)明:最大工(gong)作电流(liu)(liu)(liu)和过(guo)流(liu)(liu)(liu)维(wei)护(hu)电流(liu)(liu)(liu)值的配(pei)置(zhi),单位:A(5/8,8/15,10/20,12/25,15/30,20/40,25/35,30/50,35/60,50/80,80/100),特殊过(guo)流(liu)(liu)(liu)值能(neng)够按(an)客户请求定制.
维护特性局部(bu)测试
1. 单节电池过充维(wei)护测试(shi)(COV),
A、维(wei)护下限(xian):测(ce)试维(wei)护板能否提早(zao)维(wei)护,影响电池容量(liang)值;
B、维护(hu)上限:测试(shi)维护(hu)板能否有维护(hu),影响电池的平安性;
C、维护延(yan)时间上、下限:维护延(yan)时间能(neng)否在设计范围;
D、恢复测试:维(wei)护后,能(neng)否能(neng)恢复,关(guan)系电池能(neng)否再(zai)次运(yun)用问题。
2. 单节电池过放(fang)维(wei)护测试(shi)(CUV);
A、维护值上下(xia)限:一(yi)(yi)个(ge)是,电池(chi)能(neng)否放(fang)到最底(di)值,容量能(neng)否完整放(fang)出来(lai),一(yi)(yi)个(ge)是一(yi)(yi)定要保(bao) 护,否则影(ying)响电池(chi)的寿命(ming);
B、维护延(yan)时间:维护延(yan)时间能否在(zai)设计(ji)范围,
C、恢复(fu)值、恢复(fu)时间:维护(hu)后,能(neng)否能(neng)恢复(fu),关系(xi)电池(chi)能(neng)否再(zai)次运(yun)用问题。
3. PACK电(dian)池过压(ya)维护测试(POV)维(wei)护值、维(wei)护延时间、恢复值、恢复时间(假如有(you)(you)测(ce)COV,POV不(bu)用测(ce),普通比拟(ni)不(bu)倡议只测(ce)POV,由于总组的POV即便有(you)(you)维(wei)护,并不(bu)代表每一节的都可以维(wei)护,万一有(you)(you)某(mou)一节不(bu)维(wei)护了,那就(jiu)很(hen)风(feng)险(xian)。)
4. PACK电池低压维护测试(PUV);维护值(zhi)、维护延时(shi)间(jian)、恢复值(zhi)、恢复时(shi)间(jian);原(yuan)理同CUV,CUV有测(ce)CUV,可不测(ce)PUV,理由同POV;
5. 充电过(guo)流维护(OCCHG);
A、维护值上下限:电(dian)(dian)流(liu)太小,关系(xi)充电(dian)(dian)时间,电(dian)(dian)流(liu)过大(da),关系(xi)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)寿命;
B、维(wei)(wei)护延时间:关系电池(chi)发热堪至烧(shao)维(wei)(wei)护板问题;
C、恢(hui)复值、恢(hui)复时(shi)间:电池的(de)再次运用;
6. 放电过流维护(OCDSG);
A、维(wei)护(hu)(hu)值(zhi)上下(xia)限:显得优为重要,下(xia)限,不能提早维(wei)护(hu)(hu),否(fou)则影响(xiang)功率,车跑不快、电开(kai)工具转不动等,上限一定维(wei)护(hu)(hu),不维(wei)护(hu)(hu)导(dao)至烧电机、电池发热(re)等问(wen)题;
B、维(wei)(wei)护延时间上下限:这个也比拟(ni)重要(yao),下限不维(wei)(wei)护,假(jia)如提早维(wei)(wei)护了,电(dian)开工具,会招致(zhi)旋(xuan)不紧;上限不维(wei)(wei)护,可能招致(zhi)烧电(dian)机、电(dian)池发热(re)等问题(ti);
C、恢(hui)复值(zhi)、恢(hui)复时间:影响电池再次运用;
7. 堵转电流测试;维护(hu)值、维护(hu)延(yan)时间(jian)、恢复(fu)值、恢复(fu)时间(jian)(电(dian)开工具(ju)应该(gai)是相当重要(yao))
8. 短路维护测试(shi)(Short circuit protection),普通比拟难测试(shi),会损(sun)伤维护(hu)器件
9. 充电过温维护(hu)测(ce)试及恢复测(ce)试;
10. 放(fang)电过(guo)温维(wei)护测试(shi)恢复测试(shi);
11. 充电过低温(wen)维护测试恢复(fu)测试;
