电池(chi)保护板-工作原理(li)应用领域与元件(jian)参数表(biao)-KIA mos管

锂(li)电池保(bao)护板(ban)根据使用IC,电压等不同而电路及参数有所不同,保(bao)护板(ban)有两个核心部件:一块保(bao)护IC,它(ta)是由精确的(de)比较器来(lai)获得可靠的(de)保(bao)护参数;另外是MOSFET串在主(zhu)充(chong)放电回路中担当(dang)高速开(kai)关(guan),执行(xing)保(bao)护动作。下面以DW01 配MOS管8205A进行(xing)讲解:


激活保(bao)护(hu)(hu)板的(de)方法:当保(bao)护(hu)(hu)板P+、P-没有输出(chu)处于(yu)保(bao)护(hu)(hu)状态,可(ke)以短路B-、P-来(lai)激活保(bao)护(hu)(hu)板,这时(shi),Dout、Cout均会(hui)处于(yu)低电平(ping)(保(bao)护(hu)(hu)IC此两(liang)端口是高电平(ping)保(bao)护(hu)(hu),低电平(ping)常态)状态打(da)开两(liang)个(ge)MOS开关。


1.锂电池保护板其正常工作过程

当电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)在2.5V至4.3V之间时,DW01 的(de)(de)第1脚(jiao)、第3脚(jiao)均(jun)输出高电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(等于(yu)供电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)),第二脚(jiao)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)为(wei)0V。此时DW01 的(de)(de)第1脚(jiao) 、第3脚(jiao)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)将分(fen)别加到8205A的(de)(de)第5、4脚(jiao),8205A内的(de)(de)两个(ge)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子开关(guan)因其G极(ji)接(jie)(jie)到来(lai)自DW01 的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya),故均(jun)处(chu)于(yu)导通(tong)状态,即两个(ge)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子开关(guan)均(jun)处(chu)于(yu)开状态。此时电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)的(de)(de)负(fu)极(ji)与保护板的(de)(de)P-端相当于(yu)直接(jie)(jie)连通(tong),保护板有电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)输出。


2.保护板过放电保护控制原理

当电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)通(tong)过(guo)外(wai)接的(de)(de)负载进行(xing)放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)时,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)将(jiang)慢慢降(jiang)低(di),同时DW01 内部将(jiang)通(tong)过(guo)R1电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻实时监(jian)测电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya),当电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)下(xia)降(jiang)到约2.3V时DW01 将(jiang)认为(wei)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)已处于(yu)过(guo)放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)状(zhuang)态,便(bian)立即(ji)断开(kai)第(di)1脚的(de)(de)输(shu)出电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya),使(shi)第(di)1脚电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)变为(wei)0V,8205A内的(de)(de)开(kai)关(guan)管因(yin)第(di)5脚无电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)而关(guan)闭。此时电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)的(de)(de)B-与保(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)板(ban)的(de)(de)P-之间处于(yu)断开(kai)状(zhuang)态。即(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)的(de)(de)放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)回路(lu)被切(qie)断,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)将(jiang)停止放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。保(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)板(ban)处于(yu)过(guo)放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)状(zhuang)态并一(yi)直(zhi)保(bao)(bao)(bao)持。等到保(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)板(ban)的(de)(de)P 与P-间接上充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)后,DW01 经B-检(jian)测到充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)后便(bian)立即(ji)停止过(guo)放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)状(zhuang)态,重新在第(di)1脚输(shu)出高电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya),使(shi)8205A内的(de)(de)过(guo)放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控制管导通(tong),即(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)的(de)(de)B-与保(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)板(ban)的(de)(de)P-又(you)重新接上,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)经充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器直(zhi)接充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。


3.保护板过充电保护控制原理

当(dang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池通过(guo)充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器正常充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)时(shi)(shi),随(sui)着(zhe)充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)时(shi)(shi)间(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)增(zeng)加,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)将(jiang)越来越高(gao),当(dang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)(xin)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)升高(gao)到(dao)4.4V时(shi)(shi),DW01 将(jiang)认(ren)为电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)(xin)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)已处于(yu)过(guo)充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)状(zhuang)态,便立即断(duan)开第(di)(di)3脚的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)输出(chu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya),使(shi)第(di)(di)3脚电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)变为0V,8205A内的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)开关(guan)(guan)(guan)管因第(di)(di)4脚无电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)而关(guan)(guan)(guan)闭。此时(shi)(shi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)B-与(yu)(yu)保护(hu)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)P-之间(jian)处于(yu)断(duan)开状(zhuang)态。即电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui)路被切(qie)断(duan),电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)(xin)将(jiang)停止充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。保护(hu)板(ban)(ban)处于(yu)过(guo)充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)状(zhuang)态并(bing)一直保持。等(deng)到(dao)保护(hu)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)P 与(yu)(yu)P-间(jian)接上(shang)放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)负载(zai)后,因此时(shi)(shi)虽然过(guo)充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控制开关(guan)(guan)(guan)管关(guan)(guan)(guan)闭,但(dan)其内部的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)二极(ji)管正方(fang)向与(yu)(yu)放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui)路的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)向相同(tong),故(gu)放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui)路可(ke)以进行放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),当(dang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)被放(fang)到(dao)低于(yu)4.3V时(shi)(shi),DW01 停止过(guo)充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保护(hu)状(zhuang)态重(zhong)新(xin)在(zai)第(di)(di)3脚输出(chu)高(gao)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya),使(shi)8205A内的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)过(guo)充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控制管导通,即电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)B-与(yu)(yu)保护(hu)板(ban)(ban)P-又(you)重(zhong)新(xin)接上(shang),电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)(xin)又(you)能进行正常的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian).


4.保护板短路保护控制原理

在保护板对外放(fang)电(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)过程中(zhong),8205A内(nei)的(de)(de)两(liang)个(ge)电(dian)(dian)子开(kai)(kai)(kai)关(guan)并不完(wan)全等效(xiao)于(yu)两(liang)个(ge)机械开(kai)(kai)(kai)关(guan),而(er)是等效(xiao)于(yu)两(liang)个(ge)电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)很小(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)阻(zu),并称为(wei)8205A的(de)(de)导(dao)(dao)(dao)通(tong)(tong)内(nei)阻(zu), 每(mei)个(ge)开(kai)(kai)(kai)关(guan)的(de)(de)导(dao)(dao)(dao)通(tong)(tong)内(nei)阻(zu)约为(wei)30m/U 03a9共约为(wei)60m/U 03a9,加在G极(ji)上(shang)的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)实际上(shang)是直(zhi)接控制每(mei)个(ge)开(kai)(kai)(kai)关(guan)管(guan)的(de)(de)导(dao)(dao)(dao)通(tong)(tong)电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)的(de)(de)大小(xiao)(xiao)当(dang)G极(ji)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)大于(yu)1V时,开(kai)(kai)(kai)关(guan)管(guan)的(de)(de)导(dao)(dao)(dao)通(tong)(tong)内(nei)阻(zu)很小(xiao)(xiao)(几(ji)十毫欧),相当(dang)于(yu)开(kai)(kai)(kai)关(guan)闭合,当(dang)G极(ji)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)小(xiao)(xiao)于(yu)0.7V以(yi)下时,开(kai)(kai)(kai)关(guan)管(guan)的(de)(de)导(dao)(dao)(dao)通(tong)(tong)内(nei)阻(zu)很大(几(ji)MΩ),相当(dang)于(yu)开(kai)(kai)(kai)关(guan)断开(kai)(kai)(kai)。电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)UA就是8205A的(de)(de)导(dao)(dao)(dao)通(tong)(tong)内(nei)阻(zu)与放(fang)电(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)流产生的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya),负载电(dian)(dian)流增大则UA必(bi)然增大,因UA0.006L×IUA又称为(wei)8205A的(de)(de)管(guan)压(ya)(ya)降(jiang),UA可以(yi)简接表明放(fang)电(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)流的(de)(de)大小(xiao)(xiao)。上(shang)升到0.2V时便认为(wei)负载电(dian)(dian)流到达了极(ji)限(xian)值,于(yu)是停止第(di)1脚的(de)(de)输出(chu)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya),使(shi)第(di)1脚电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)变为(wei)0V、8205A内(nei)的(de)(de)放(fang)电(dian)(dian)控制管(guan)关(guan)闭,切断电(dian)(dian)芯的(de)(de)放(fang)电(dian)(dian)回路,将关(guan)断放(fang)电(dian)(dian)控制管(guan)。换言之DW01 允许输出(chu)的(de)(de)最大电(dian)(dian)流是3.3A,实现(xian)了过电(dian)(dian)流保护。


5. 短路保护控制过程

短路保护(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)是(shi)过(guo)电流(liu)保护(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)一(yi)种(zhong)极限(xian)形式,其(qi)控制过(guo)程及(ji)原理与(yu)过(guo)电流(liu)保护(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)一(yi)样(yang),短路只是(shi)在相当于在P P-间加(jia)上一(yi)个阻(zu)值小的(de)电阻(zu)(约(yue)为0Ω)使保护(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)板的(de)负载电流(liu)瞬时达(da)到10A以上,保护(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)板立即进行(xing)过(guo)电流(liu)保护(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)。
