mos管是金属(metal)—氧化物(oxid)—半导体(semiconductor)场效应晶体管,或者称是金属—绝缘体(insulator)—半导体。MOS管的source和drain是能够对调的,他们都是在P型backgate中构成的N型区。在多数状况下,这个两个区是一样的,即便两端对调也不会影响器件的性能。这样的器件被以为是对称的。三极管,是一种电流控制电流的半导体器件-其作用是把微小信号放大成幅度值较大的电信号,也用作无触点开关。晶体三极管,是半导体根本元(yuan)器件之一,具有电放逐大(da)作用,是电子电路(lu)的中心元(yuan)件。三极管是在一块(kuai)半导体基片上制造两个(ge)相(xiang)距(ju)很(hen)近的PN结,两个(ge)PN结把整块(kuai)半导体分红三局部(bu),中间局部(bu)是基区,两侧局部(bu)是发射区和集(ji)电区,排列方式有PNP和NPN两种。
