太阳能路(lu)灯(deng)是采用晶体硅(gui)太阳能电(dian)(dian)池供电(dian)(dian),免维护(hu)阀控式密封蓄电(dian)(dian)池(胶体电(dian)(dian)池)储存(cun)电(dian)(dian)能,超高亮LED灯(deng)具作为光(guang)源,并由智能化充放(fang)电(dian)(dian)控制器控制,用于(yu)代替传统公(gong)用电(dian)(dian)力照明的路(lu)灯(deng)。
太阳能路灯(deng)主要由(you)太阳电池组件(jian)、组件(jian)支架(jia)、电控箱(xiang)(内装控制器(qi)、蓄电池)、灯(deng)杆(含灯(deng)具(ju))等几部分组成。系统(tong)示意图(tu)如下(xia)图(tu):
设(she)计流程
本(ben)系统设计过(guo)程主要包括:灯杆的(de)选型,灯具的(de)选型,太阳能(neng)组件的(de)配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi),蓄电池(chi)、控(kong)制器的(de)配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi),系统保(bao)护措施设定。
1、灯杆的(de)选型
灯杆是整(zheng)个路灯的(de)(de)支撑(cheng)部分,对其(qi)硬度,高度,抗风能力,防腐等有(you)较高的(de)(de)要求;现(xian)在常(chang)用的(de)(de)材料为Q235,通过一系列工艺加工而成,表面喷镀80μm的(de)(de)防腐层(ceng)。
本系统安(an)(an)装(zhuang)路况(kuang)为主干道,路宽(kuan)30米(mi),采用(yong)(yong)双侧对称排布。根据路灯施工设(she)计(ji)规(gui)范(见表1),本系统采用(yong)(yong)截光(guang)型灯具,安(an)(an)装(zhuang)高(gao)度为10米(mi)(按照标准本应(ying)安(an)(an)装(zhuang)高(gao)度为15M,但是(shi)考虑高(gao)度越高(gao),需要灯具的功率越大,灯杆(gan)设(she)计(ji)越复(fu)杂(za),综合考虑后(hou)选(xuan)择灯杆(gan)为12米(mi),灯具安(an)(an)装(zhuang)高(gao)度为10米(mi)),间距为30米(mi)。

2、路灯功率的选(xuan)择
根据路(lu)灯施(shi)工(gong)设计规范中对机动车交通道路(lu)照明标(biao)准(见表2)的要求,本系(xi)统属于级别(bie)I,路(lu)面(mian)平均照度取20勒(le)克斯(lx)。则由此可得出灯具(ju)的总光通量(liang)(liang)为:光通总量(liang)(liang)=(平均光照度*维护(hu)系(xi)数(shu)*照射面(mian)积)/(灯具(ju)数(shu)量(liang)(liang)*灯具(ju)利用系(xi)数(shu))=(20*0.9*15*30)/0.95=8526lm。

3、蓄电池(chi)、电池(chi)板(ban)选型(xing)
选型过程:
(1)负载(zai)日耗电(dian)量(liang)Q=W*H/U=120*8/24=40Ah。式中(zhong)U为(wei)系统蓄电(dian)池标称电(dian)压
(2)满足负载日(ri)用电(dian)的太阳能(neng)电(dian)池(chi)组(zu)件的充电(dian)电(dian)流(liu)I1=Q*1.05/h/0.85/0.9=40*1.05/4.46/0.85/0.9A=12.3A式中1.05为(wei)太阳能(neng)充电(dian)综合损失系数,0.85为(wei)蓄电(dian)池(chi)充电(dian)效率、0.9为(wei)控(kong)制器效率,h为(wei)标(biao)准峰(feng)值时(shi)数,为(wei)4.46小时(shi)。
(3)蓄电(dian)(dian)池(chi)容(rong)量的(de)确定满足(zu)连续5个阴雨天正常工作的(de)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)容(rong)量CC=Q*(d+1)/0.8*1.1=40*6/0.8*1.1=330Ah式中0.8为(wei)蓄电(dian)(dian)池(chi)放电(dian)(dian)深度,1.1为(wei)蓄电(dian)(dian)池(chi)安全系数,选取2节12V180Ah的(de)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)串(chuan)成电(dian)(dian)池(chi)组(zu)。
(4)连续阴(yin)雨(yu)天过后需要恢复蓄电池容(rong)量的太阳能电池组件充电电流I2I2=C*0.8/h/D=330*0.8/4.46/20=2.96A式(shi)中0.8为蓄电池放(fang)电深度,D为两次(ci)连续阴(yin)雨(yu)天间隔天数。
(5)太阳(yang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)组(zu)件的功率为(I1+I2)*30=(12.3+2.96)*30=457Wp式中(zhong)30为太阳(yang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)组(zu)件工作电(dian)(dian)(dian)压,选取2块峰值功率为230W的太阳(yang)能(neng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)组(zu)件。
控制器(qi)选型
控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)是整个(ge)路灯系统中充当管理者的关(guan)键部件,它(ta)的最大功(gong)能是对蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)电(dian)池进行(xing)全面(mian)的管理,好的控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)应当根据蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)电(dian)池的特性,设定各个(ge)关(guan)键参数点,比如(ru)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)电(dian)池的过充点、过放点,恢复连接点等。
分(fen)(fen)时、分(fen)(fen)压控制太(tai)(tai)阳能灯(deng),就是根据(ju)夜晚不同(tong)时间段(duan)人们对光照度的(de)(de)不同(tong)要(yao)求,以及太(tai)(tai)阳电池白天吸收(shou)能量的(de)(de)大小,控制太(tai)(tai)阳能灯(deng)的(de)(de)输入功率,达到用(yong)最小成本设计(ji)出能够满(man)足(zu)最恶劣(lie)气(qi)象条(tiao)件下人们对太(tai)(tai)阳能灯(deng)的(de)(de)最基本要(yao)求的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
该控制(zhi)电路(lu)适合以12只(zhi)LED为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)光(guang)源的草坪灯。U中包(bao)含(han)驱(qu)动、光(guang)控检(jian)测、脉宽(kuan)调(diao)制(zhi)、电池电压(ya)(ya)检(jian)测等电路(lu)。其1脚(jiao)为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)使能端(duan),2脚(jiao)为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)电源电压(ya)(ya)端(duan),4脚(jiao)为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)负(fu)载电流(liu)调(diao)整口,5脚(jiao)为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)开关(guan)口,8脚(jiao)为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)接地(di)(di)端(duan),3、6、7均悬空。改变R4的阻值(zhi)可以改变LED的工(gong)作电流(liu),其最大(da)允许电流(liu)为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)500mA,M接地(di)(di)时电流(liu)最小。
J1为太阳电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),J2为电(dian)(dian)源开关,J3为2节镍(nie)氢电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)。为了降低管压(ya)降,VD1、VD2可(ke)采(cai)用肖特基二(er)极管。改变(bian)R5、R6可(ke)调节蓄电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的分(fen)压(ya)保(bao)护值(zhi),改变(bian)R1、R2可(ke)调节分(fen)时(shi)值(zhi)。该(gai)电(dian)(dian)路能(neng)在尽可(ke)能(neng)降低太阳电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)成本的基础上,保(bao)证(zheng)照明时(shi)间,具(ju)有(you)很高(gao)的性价比。
用(yong)PIC12F675单片机制作的太阳能路(lu)灯控制器(qi)
PIC 12F675控制(zhi)蓄(xu)电池的过(guo)充电、过(guo)放电,开、关路灯(deng)(deng)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng),定时点(dian)亮、天黑(hei)自动点(dian)亮、延时点(dian)亮、自动跟(gen)踪(zong)点(dian)亮等功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng),路灯(deng)(deng)点(dian)亮测(ce)试(shi)控制(zhi)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng),LED指示功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)等。
由(you)蓄(xu)电(dian)池 BTl 、蓄(xu)电(dian)池过充(chong)电(dian)控(kong)制执行场(chang)效应管 01 、三端稳压(ya)(ya)器 U1 组成电(dian)源供(gong)电(dian)系(xi)统; Q2 、 Q4.组成放(fang)电(dian)控(kong)制;K1 手动, R_GM1 光(guang)控(kong)自动开(kai)灯(deng)系(xi)统,蓄(xu)电(dian)池分(fen)(fen)压(ya)(ya)电(dian)阻,发光(guang)指示二极管等部分(fen)(fen)组成。
太阳能电(dian)池板电(dian)压由(you)接口J3输(shu)入(ru).经防反充(chong)二极(ji)管 D1 后(hou)分成两路(lu),一路(lu)经 U1 LM 78L 05 稳(wen)压后(hou),为 PIC 12F675单片机(ji)提供工作电(dian)源(yuan),另一路(lu)经 FB 保险丝给蓄(xu)电(dian)池充(chong)电(dian)。单片机(ji)上(shang)电(dian)后(hou),首先(xian)由(you) Rf 、 Cf组成的硬件电(dian)路(lu)进行复位.然后(hou)由(you)软(ruan)件控(kong)(kong)制U2 ③脚 GP4 输(shu)出高电(dian)平,让 Q4 导通(tong)、 Q2 截止,控(kong)(kong)制系统停止放电(dian),再检(jian)测 U2⑦脚 GP0 上(shang)的分压值,通(tong)过内部 A/ D 转换及软(ruan)件运(yun)算间接检(jian)测、判断蓄(xu)电(dian)池是否(fou)欠压、过压。
若蓄电(dian)池发生过(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)充(chong)(chong)电(dian),则(ze)通过(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)软(ruan)件控(kong)制U2 ②脚 GP5 输出高电(dian)平(ping),使(shi) Q1导通.短(duan)路(lu)太阳(yang)能(neng)电(dian)池板、停(ting)止(zhi)(zhi)向(xiang)蓄电(dian)池充(chong)(chong)电(dian),同时点亮“过(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)充(chong)(chong)电(dian)”指示灯 LED2;若未发生过(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)充(chong)(chong)电(dian),则(ze) U2 ②脚 GP5输出低电(dian)平(ping),允许蓄电(dian)池充(chong)(chong)电(dian)。通过(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)检测 U2 ⑥脚 GP1 所接的(de)光(guang)敏(min)电(dian)阻R_GM1上的(de)分压值,判断是(shi)否已经“天黑,到(dao)了开路(lu)灯时间”,若到(dao)了预设的(de)开灯点,则(ze)由软(ruan)件控(kong)制 u2 ③脚 GP4 输出低电(dian)平(ping),使(shi) Q4截止(zhi)(zhi)、02 导通,点亮路(lu)灯。若不到(dao)开灯点,则(ze)程序返(fan)回,循环检测上述诸参数。
电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)原理见图所示。该电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)由以U5为核心(xin)组(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的蓄(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池过充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)制(zhi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)、以 U 4A ~U4D为核心(xin)组(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的蓄(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池电(dian)(dian)(dian)压指示电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)及(ji)(ji)显(xian)示电(dian)(dian)(dian)压按钮开关 KS1 电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)、以 U1B 组(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的蓄(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池过放电(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)制(zhi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)、以 U1A组(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的开灯(deng)(deng)检测控(kong)制(zhi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)、以 U2 组(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的开灯(deng)(deng)及(ji)(ji)延时熄(xi)灯(deng)(deng)及(ji)(ji)二(er)次开灯(deng)(deng)定时控(kong)制(zhi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),以及(ji)(ji)以控(kong)制(zhi)三极管Q2驱动继电(dian)(dian)(dian)器组(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的输出控(kong)制(zhi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)等组(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。现分别介绍如下。
(1) 过(guo)充电、过(guo)放电检测保护部分
太阳能(neng)电池组(zu)件板(ban)或阵列由插口(kou) CZ1 的(de)(de)①脚输(shu)入,加至防反充(chong)电二(er)极(ji)(ji)管 D2 的(de)(de)正(zheng)极(ji)(ji).D2的(de)(de)负(fu)极(ji)(ji)接 12V 蓄电池的(de)(de)正(zheng)极(ji)(ji),即 CZ1 的(de)(de)③脚。控制器在初始(shi)上电时,由于 C4 的(de)(de)作用使 U5②脚为低电平(ping),③脚输(shu)出高(gao)电平(ping),Q7 导通; Q8 截止,允许(xu)太阳能(neng)电池给蓄电池充(chong)电。
(2) 开灯检测(ce)方法与控制
太(tai)(tai)(tai)阳(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池板(ban)是(shi)一个很好的(de)光敏元件,其输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)流、电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)能(neng)(neng)随(sui)着(zhe)接受光的(de)强(qiang)度和照度变化而(er)变化,本控制器(qi)就是(shi)利(li)用这一原理实现开、关(guan)灯控制的(de)。太(tai)(tai)(tai)阳(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池板(ban)PVin 输(shu)入电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)经 R5 、 R6 串联(lian)分压(ya)(ya)(ya)后(hou);加至运(yun)放(fang) U 1A ②脚,其③脚接于 R9 、R8+VR1的(de)分压(ya)(ya)(ya)点上。在白(bai)天,太(tai)(tai)(tai)阳(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池板(ban)在阳(yang)(yang)光的(de)照射下输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)很高,其经 R5 、 R6 分压(ya)(ya)(ya)后(hou)使运(yun)放(fang) U 1A②脚电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)高于③脚, U 1A①脚输(shu)出(chu)低电(dian)(dian)(dian)平, Q1 截止, U2 无供电(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)不(bu)工作(zuo),Q2截止,继(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)不(bu)吸合,系统无输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya),路(lu)灯不(bu)工作(zuo)。随(sui)着(zhe)天色渐黑,太(tai)(tai)(tai)阳(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池板(ban)输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)降低。
(3) 路灯延时电路点亮、熄灭控制电路
延时控(kong)制电(dian)路选用 CD4541BE 可(ke)编(bian)程定(ding)时控(kong)制芯片,它功耗(hao)低、内置(zhi)可(ke)编(bian)程分(fen)(fen)频(pin)器电(dian)路,最大分(fen)(fen)频(pin)级数为(wei) 65536 级。
本控制器设计定时开(kai)灯(deng)(deng)和(he)定时关灯(deng)(deng)时间调(diao)节(jie)范围是(shi): 2 . 093 小时 -11 . 93 小时.分别由(you) V : R2 和(he)VR3控制调(diao)节(jie)。
(4) 蓄电池停止放电优先控(kong)制电路
若在路灯(deng)欲点(dian)亮(liang)或(huo)已(yi)点(dian)亮(liang)时(shi),蓄(xu)电(dian)池电(dian)压已(yi)经低于其允许终止放(fang)电(dian)值时(shi), Q4 导通.此时(shi)无论 U 1A 输出高电(dian)平与否,均(jun)会使Q1截止,从而保护蓄(xu)电(dian)池避免过放(fang)电(dian)损坏。
(5) 电池(chi)电压(ya)指示电路
为了让现(xian)场看管、维护人(ren)员及时了解、掌握蓄(xu)电(dian)(dian)池的(de)状态,本控制器设有 LED 电(dian)(dian)池电(dian)(dian)压指(zhi)示装置,通过LLED点(dian)亮的(de)数(shu)量(liang)指(zhi)示蓄(xu)电(dian)(dian)池电(dian)(dian)压的(de)高(gao)低。
描述TPS61165的工(gong)作(zuo)输(shu)入电(dian)源电(dian)压介于3V~18V之间(jian),可(ke)(ke)(ke)提供高达38V的输(shu)出电(dian)压。该器件(jian)具有额定(ding)40V集成型(xing)开关FET,可(ke)(ke)(ke)驱(qu)动多达10个(ge)串联LED。其可(ke)(ke)(ke)在(zai)1.2MHz固定(ding)开关频率下工(gong)作(zuo),不仅能够显著降(jiang)低输(shu)出纹(wen)波、提升转(zhuan)换效率,而且(qie)还允许使用小型(xing)外部(bu)组(zu)件(jian)。在(zai)默认情况下,白光LED(WLED)的电(dian)流由(you)外部(bu)感测(ce)电(dian)阻RSET设定(ding),反馈电(dian)压稳定(ding)在(zai)200mV。
该设计的(de)重(zhong)要优势在(zai)于拥有极高的(de)效(xiao)率(lv)和良好的(de)LED稳(wen)流性能(neng)。TPS61165可(ke)在(zai)能(neng)够稳(wen)定LED电(dian)流的(de)恒(heng)流模(mo)式(shi)下工作。CTRL引脚可(ke)同(tong)时(shi)用(yong)于数字与PWM调(diao)(diao)光的(de)控制输(shu)入。每次启用(yong)器件时(shi)即可(ke)选择TPS61165的(de)调(diao)(diao)光模(mo)式(shi)。通过改变(bian)反(fan)馈参考电(dian)压也(ye)可(ke)实施模(mo)拟(ni)调(diao)(diao)光。
可(ke)(ke)使用20k欧(ou)的(de)(de)可(ke)(ke)变电(dian)阻来改变LED电(dian)流,以达到调光的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。转(zhuan)换(huan)器(qi)可(ke)(ke)在350mA条件下将(jiang)电(dian)压从6V提(ti)升至10.5V,转(zhuan)换(huan)效率不低于85%。该电(dian)路(lu)可(ke)(ke)用于驱动三个1W的(de)(de)LED或输入总(zong)功率不超过(guo)3W的(de)(de)多个50mA的(de)(de)LED。
下图所示所示太阳能灯(deng)电(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)种低损耗电(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),使用一(yi)(yi)(yi)只7W四引脚CFL(小(xiao)型荧光灯(deng))和一(yi)(yi)(yi)块12V、7-Ahr密(mi)封免维护电(dian)(dian)池(chi)。逆变器(qi)的(de)效率大(da)于85%,静态电(dian)(dian)流小(xiao)于2mA。它有一(yi)(yi)(yi)个(ge)带电(dian)(dian)池(chi)过放电(dian)(dian)保(bao)护功(gong)能和过充电(dian)(dian)保(bao)护功(gong)能的(de)并联充电(dian)(dian)控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)。
低静态电流、过(guo)放(fang)电保(bao)护功能(neng)(neng)和过(guo)充电保(bao)护功能(neng)(neng)三者确(que)保(bao)电池(chi)使用(yong)寿命很长(zhang)。逆变器的(de)预热(re)功能(neng)(neng)可(ke)以避免CFL两端变黑,从而延长(zhang)其使用(yong)寿命。这(zhei)一电路可(ke)在农村地区用(yong)作(zuo)一种可(ke)靠小巧的(de)便(bian)携式光源,在城(cheng)市用(yong)作(zuo)应(ying)急灯(deng)系(xi)统。
并联充(chong)电(dian)(dian)控制器(qi)电(dian)(dian)路包括IC1(低电(dian)(dian)流2.5V电(dian)(dian)压基准源(yuan)LM385)和IC2(LM324比较器(qi))。配(pei)有电(dian)(dian)阻R1 ~ R8和三极(ji)管Q1的IC2A可防止(zhi)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)过(guo)放电(dian)(dian)。
这种太(tai)阳能供电的电灯驱动器可用(yong)作应急(ji)灯系统。
