DC-DC概述

DC-DC是一(yi)种在(zai)直流电(dian)路(lu)(lu)中将一(yi)个电(dian)压(ya)值(zhi)(zhi)的(de)电(dian)能变(bian)为另(ling)一(yi)个电(dian)压(ya)值(zhi)(zhi)的(de)电(dian)能的(de)装(zhuang)置,其采用微电(dian)子技(ji)术,把小型表面安装(zhuang)集成(cheng)电(dian)路(lu)(lu)与(yu)微型电(dian)子元器件组装(zhuang)成(cheng)一(yi)体(ti)而构成(cheng)。

随着(zhe)电(dian)(dian)(dian)子技术的(de)发展(zhan),以(yi)及消费(fei)类电(dian)(dian)(dian)子设(she)备(bei)的(de)广泛(fan)使用,对(dui)高效直流电(dian)(dian)(dian)源变换(huan)(DC-DC)的(de)研究(jiu)与(yu)应用成为日益重要的(de)课题(ti)。DC-DC电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)以(yi)其(qi)优异的(de)特性(xing),在大(da)多(duo)数消费(fei)类电(dian)(dian)(dian)子设(she)备(bei)中(zhong),替代了(le)线性(xing)电(dian)(dian)(dian)源变换(huan)线路(lu)成为了(le)主(zhu)要应用对(dui)象(xiang)。本文针对(dui)DC-DC Buck电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),简析其(qi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压和(he)电(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)控制原理。


DC-DC电(dian)(dian)路分为电(dian)(dian)压模(mo)式(shi)和(he)电(dian)(dian)流模(mo)式(shi)控制两(liang)种类型,基本原理都是(shi)误差放大器的(de)输出与三(san)(san)(san)角(jiao)波比较产生(sheng)PWM,PWM信号(hao)驱动功率管实(shi)现变换。区别就是(shi)电(dian)(dian)压模(mo)式(shi)的(de)三(san)(san)(san)角(jiao)波来自三(san)(san)(san)角(jiao)波发生(sheng)器,电(dian)(dian)流模(mo)式(shi)的(de)三(san)(san)(san)角(jiao)波来自电(dian)(dian)感(gan)的(de)电(dian)(dian)流。


关于电压模(mo)式、电流模(mo)式的优缺点这里就(jiu)不展开了,下(xia)面注意一下(xia)每(mei)张图中的圆圈,下(xia)面有两(liang)张图,分别代表(biao)两(liang)种模(mo)式控(kong)制类(lei)型(xing)的DC-DC芯片内(nei)部结构框图,红圈内(nei)有误(wu)差放大(da)(da)器和误(wu)差放大(da)(da)器的补偿端。

这(zhei)些DCDC电路电压调节的基本思路:

输出端(duan)通过分压(ya)(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻将输出电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)采(cai)样到(dao)FB(VFB)端(duan),也(ye)就是反馈端(duan),与基准电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)对比后通过运放输出一(yi)个电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya),与三角波对比,产(chan)生PWM信号,驱动功率管,实现(xian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)的闭环控制。补偿端(duan)接RC补偿电(dian)(dian)(dian)路,实现(xian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路快速稳定响(xiang)应。

典型(xing)应用电路(MP2307,输(shu)出(chu)3.3V):

那么问题来了(le),电(dian)流(liu)调节(限(xian)流(liu))怎么实现(xian)?

经(jing)典(dian)的DCDC控制(zhi)IC TL494 内置了俩误差放大器,实现电压和限流的调节(jie):

TL494 恒压限流典型应用,输(shu)出5V 10A,调节R1和R2的比例可以调节限流大小,右下角(jiao)R13 0.1Ω:

一般的DCDC控制芯(xin)片(pian),以MP2307为主:

内部只(zhi)有一(yi)个误差放(fang)(fang)大器(qi)(qi)(qi),我们可(ke)以(yi)外挂一(yi)个,实(shi)现(xian)电(dian)(dian)流的(de)控制,下图(tu)运放(fang)(fang)左侧(ce)肖特基阳极直接接到(dao)MP2307的(de) 6脚,COMP脚,也(ye)就是内部误差放(fang)(fang)大器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)输出端,原有电(dian)(dian)压调节(jie)电(dian)(dian)路不变(bian),原输出的(de)负极变(bian)为下图(tu)的(de)OUT-,调节(jie)下图(tu)电(dian)(dian)位(wei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)可(ke)以(yi)实(shi)现(xian)限流的(de)调节(jie)。


当流(liu)过R2的电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)*R2电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)大(da)于运放3脚电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya),运放将(jiang)COMP端拉(la)低(di),占空比变(bian)小,电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)输出(chu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu))降(jiang)低(di),直到保持运放同相(xiang)(xiang)端反相(xiang)(xiang)端电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)相(xiang)(xiang)等,实现(xian)限流(liu)调节。

DC-DC功能

一、隔离:

1、噪声隔离:(模拟(ni)电路(lu)与数字电路(lu)隔离、强(qiang)弱(ruo)信号隔离)

2、安全隔离(li)(li):强电(dian)弱(ruo)电(dian)隔离(li)(li)\IGBT隔离(li)(li)驱动\浪(lang)涌(yong)隔离(li)(li)保(bao)(bao)护\雷电(dian)隔离(li)(li)保(bao)(bao)护(如人体接触的医疗电(dian)子设(she)备的隔离(li)(li)保(bao)(bao)护)

3、接地环(huan)路(lu)消除:远程信号传输\分布(bu)式电(dian)源(yuan)供电(dian)系(xi)统(tong)


二、电压变换:

升压变(bian)(bian)换(huan)\降压变(bian)(bian)换(huan)\交(jiao)直(zhi)流转换(huan)(AC/DC、DC/AC)\极性(xing)变(bian)(bian)换(huan)(正(zheng)负极性(xing)转换(huan)、单(dan)电源(yuan)与正(zheng)负电源(yuan)转换(huan)、单(dan)电源(yuan)与多电源(yuan)转换(huan))


三、保护:

短路保(bao)护(hu)、过压保(bao)护(hu)、欠压保(bao)护(hu)、过流保(bao)护(hu)、其(qi)它保(bao)护(hu)


四、降噪:

采(cai)用有(you)源滤波


五、稳压:
