一、场效应管经典电路-稳压电源

1、3~25V电压可调稳压电路图

此(ci)稳(wen)(wen)压电(dian)源可调(diao)范围在3.5V~25V之(zhi)间任意调(diao)节(jie),输出电(dian)流大(da),并(bing)采用可调(diao)稳(wen)(wen)压管(guan)式(shi)电(dian)路,从而得到满(man)意平稳(wen)(wen)的(de)输出电(dian)压。


工作原理:经整流(liu)滤波(bo)后直流(liu)电(dian)压(ya)由(you)R1提供给调(diao)整管的(de)基极,使(shi)调(diao)整管导(dao)通,在V1导(dao)通时电(dian)压(ya)经过RP、R2使(shi)V2导(dao)通,接着V3也(ye)导(dao)通,这(zhei)时V1、V2、 V3的(de)发射极和集(ji)电(dian)极电(dian)压(ya)不再变化(其作用完全(quan)与(yu)稳压(ya)管一样)。调(diao)节(jie)RP,可(ke)得(de)到平稳的(de)输出电(dian)压(ya),R1、RP、R2与(yu)R3比值决(jue)定本电(dian)路输出的(de)电(dian)压(ya)值。


元(yuan)器件(jian)选(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)择:变(bian)压器T选(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)80W~100W,输(shu)入AC220V,输(shu)出(chu)双绕组AC28V。FU1选(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)1A,FU2选(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)3A~5A。VD1、VD2选(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong) 6A02。RP选(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)1W左右普通(tong)电位器,阻值(zhi)为250K~330K,C1选(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)3300μF/35V电解电容,C2、C3选(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)0.1μF独石电容,C4选(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong) 470μF/35V电解电容。R1选(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)180~220Ω/0.1W~1W,R2、R4、R5选(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)10KΩ、1/8W。V1选(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)2N3055,V2选(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong) 3DG180或2SC3953,V3选(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)3CG12或3CG80。

2、10A3~15V稳压可调电源电路图

无论检修电(dian)脑还是电(dian)子制作都离不开(kai)稳压电(dian)源,下面介(jie)绍一(yi)款(kuan)直流电(dian)压从3V到15V连续可调的稳压电(dian)源,最大电(dian)流可达10A,该电(dian)路用(yong)了具有温度(du)补(bu)偿特性的,高精(jing)度(du)的标准电(dian)压源集成电(dian)路TL431,使稳压精(jing)度(du)更高,如果没有特殊要求,基本能满足(zu)正常(chang)维修使用(yong),电(dian)路见下图(tu)。

其工作原理(li)分(fen)两部(bu)(bu)分(fen),第(di)一部(bu)(bu)分(fen)是(shi)一路(lu)固定的5V1.5A稳压电源(yuan)电路(lu),第(di)二部(bu)(bu)分(fen)是(shi)另(ling)一路(lu)由(you)3至15V连(lian)续可调的高精(jing)度大电流(liu)稳压电路(lu)。


第一(yi)路(lu)的电(dian)(dian)路(lu)非常简单(dan),由变压(ya)器(qi)次级8V交流电(dian)(dian)压(ya)通过硅桥QL1整流后的直流电(dian)(dian)压(ya)经C1电(dian)(dian)解电(dian)(dian)容滤波后,再由5V三端(duan)稳(wen)压(ya)块LM7805不用作任(ren)何调整就可(ke)在(zai)输出端(duan)产(chan)生固定的5V1A稳(wen)压(ya)电(dian)(dian)源,这个(ge)电(dian)(dian)源在(zai)检(jian)修(xiu)电(dian)(dian)脑板时完全可(ke)以当作内部电(dian)(dian)源使用。


第二部分(fen)与普通串联型稳(wen)压电(dian)源(yuan)基(ji)本相同,所不同的是使(shi)用了(le)具有温(wen)度(du)(du)补偿特性的,高精度(du)(du)的标(biao)准电(dian)压源(yuan)集成电(dian)路TL431,所以使(shi)电(dian)路简(jian)化(hua),成本降(jiang)低,而稳(wen)压性能却很高。

图中电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R4,稳(wen)(wen)压管TL431,电(dian)(dian)位(wei)器(qi)R3组成一个连续可(ke)(ke)调(diao)(diao)得(de)恒(heng)压源,为BG2基(ji)(ji)极提供基(ji)(ji)准电(dian)(dian)压,稳(wen)(wen)压管TL431的(de)稳(wen)(wen)压值(zhi)连续可(ke)(ke)调(diao)(diao),这(zhei)个稳(wen)(wen)压值(zhi)决定了稳(wen)(wen)压电(dian)(dian)源的(de)最大(da)输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)压,如果你(ni)想把(ba)可(ke)(ke)调(diao)(diao)电(dian)(dian)压范(fan)围扩(kuo)大(da),可(ke)(ke)以改变R4 和R3的(de)电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi),当然变压器(qi)的(de)次级电(dian)(dian)压也要提高。


变压器(qi)的(de)功率(lv)可根据(ju)输出(chu)电流灵活掌(zhang)握(wo),次级(ji)电压15V左右(you)。桥式整流用的(de)整流管QL用15-20A硅桥,结(jie)构紧凑(cou),中(zhong)间有(you)固定螺丝,可以直(zhi)接固定在(zai)机壳(qiao)的(de)铝板上,有(you)利散热。


调(diao)整管(guan)用的(de)(de)是大(da)电流(liu)NPN型金(jin)属(shu)壳硅管(guan),由于(yu)它的(de)(de)发热量很大(da),如果机箱允(yun)许,尽量购买大(da)的(de)(de)散(san)热片,扩大(da)散(san)热面积,如果不需(xu)要大(da)电流(liu),也(ye)可(ke)以换用功率小一点(dian)的(de)(de)硅管(guan),这(zhei)样可(ke)以做的(de)(de)体积小一些。


滤(lv)波用(yong)50V4700uF电(dian)解电(dian)容(rong)C5和C7分别用(yong)三只并(bing)联,使大电(dian)流输出更稳定,另外这个电(dian)容(rong)要买体(ti)积相对(dui)大一(yi)点的,那(nei)些(xie)体(ti)积较小的同(tong)样标注50V4700uF尽量不(bu)(bu)用(yong),当遇到电(dian)压(ya)波动频繁,或长时间不(bu)(bu)用(yong),容(rong)易失(shi)效(xiao)。


最后再说一下电(dian)源变压器,如(ru)果没有(you)能力自(zi)己绕制,有(you)买不(bu)到(dao)现成的(de),可(ke)(ke)以买一块现成的(de)200W以上的(de)开关(guan)电(dian)源代替变压器,这样稳压性能还可(ke)(ke)进一步提高,制作成本(ben)却差不(bu)太(tai)多,其它电(dian)子(zi)元件无特(te)殊要求,安装完(wan)成后不(bu)用(yong)太(tai)大调整就可(ke)(ke)正常工作。


二、场效应管经典电路-开关电源

1、PWM开关电源集成控制IC-UC3842工作原理


下(xia)图(tu)为(wei)UC3842 内部框图(tu)和(he)引(yin)(yin)脚图(tu),UC3842 采用固定(ding)工作频率脉冲(chong)宽度可控调制(zhi)方式(shi),共有(you)8 个引(yin)(yin)脚,各脚功能如下(xia):

①脚(jiao)是误(wu)(wu)差(cha)放大器的输出(chu)端,外接阻容元件用于改(gai)善误(wu)(wu)差(cha)放大器的增益和频率特性;


②脚是反馈电压(ya)(ya)输(shu)入端(duan),此脚电压(ya)(ya)与误(wu)差放大器同相端(duan)的(de)2.5V 基准电压(ya)(ya)进行比(bi)较,产生误(wu)差电压(ya)(ya),从而控制脉冲宽度;


③脚为(wei)电流检测输入(ru)端(duan), 当检测电压(ya)超(chao)过1V时缩(suo)小(xiao)脉冲(chong)宽度使电源处于间歇工(gong)作状态;


④脚为定时(shi)端,内部振荡器的工作频率由外接的阻容(rong)时(shi)间常数(shu)决定,f=1.8/(RT×CT);


⑤脚为公共地端;


⑥脚(jiao)为(wei)推挽(wan)输出端,内(nei)部为(wei)图腾柱式,上升(sheng)、下降时间仅为(wei)50ns 驱动能(neng)力为(wei)±1A ;


⑦脚(jiao)是直流(liu)电(dian)(dian)源供(gong)电(dian)(dian)端(duan)(duan),具(ju)有欠、过压(ya)锁定功能,芯片功耗(hao)为15mW;⑧脚(jiao)为5V 基准电(dian)(dian)压(ya)输出端(duan)(duan),有50mA 的负载能力(li)。

UC3842 内部原理框图(tu)

UC3842是一种(zhong)性能优异、应用(yong)广(guang)泛、结(jie)构较简单的PWM开关(guan)电源集成控(kong)制器(qi),由于它只有一个输出端,所(suo)以主要用(yong)于音端控(kong)制的开关(guan)电源。

UC3842 7脚为(wei)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)输(shu)入端,其启动电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)范围为(wei)16-34V。在电(dian)(dian)(dian)源启动时,VCC﹤16V,输(shu)入电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)施密物比较器(qi)输(shu)出(chu)为(wei)0,此时无基(ji)准电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)产生(sheng)(sheng),电(dian)(dian)(dian)路不工作(zuo)(zuo);当(dang) Vcc﹥16V时输(shu)入电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)施密特比较器(qi)送出(chu)高电(dian)(dian)(dian)平到5V蕨(jue)稳压(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),产生(sheng)(sheng)5V基(ji)准电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya),此电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)一方(fang)面(mian)供销内部电(dian)(dian)(dian)路工作(zuo)(zuo)另一方(fang)面(mian)通过


⑧脚向外部(bu)提供参考电(dian)压(ya)。一旦施(shi)密特(te)比(bi)较器翻转(zhuan)为高电(dian)平(ping)(芯片开始工作(zuo)以后),Vcc可以在10V-34V范围(wei)内变化而不影(ying)响电(dian)路(lu)的工作(zuo)状态。当Vcc低于10V时(shi),施(shi)密特(te)比(bi)较器又翻转(zhuan)为低电(dian)平(ping),电(dian)路(lu)停止工作(zuo)。

当(dang)基准(zhun)稳压(ya)(ya)源有5V基准(zhun)电(dian)压(ya)(ya)输(shu)出(chu)(chu)时(shi),基准(zhun)电(dian)压(ya)(ya)检测逻辑比较器即达出(chu)(chu)高电(dian)平信号(hao)到(dao)输(shu)出(chu)(chu)电(dian)路。同时(shi),振(zhen)荡器将根据④脚外接Rt、Ct参数(shu)产生 f=/Rt.Ct的(de)振(zhen)荡信号(hao),此信号(hao)一路直接加到(dao)图腾柱电(dian)路的(de)输(shu)入(ru)端

另一路(lu)加到PWM脉(mai)(mai)宽市制(zhi)RS触发器(qi)的置位端(duan)(duan),RS型PWN脉(mai)(mai)宽调制(zhi)器(qi)的R端(duan)(duan)接(jie)电(dian)流(liu)检测比较(jiao)器(qi)输(shu)出(chu)端(duan)(duan)。R端(duan)(duan)为占(zhan)空调节控制(zhi)端(duan)(duan),当(dang)R电(dian)压上升时,Q端(duan)(duan)脉(mai)(mai)冲加宽,同时⑥脚送(song)出(chu)脉(mai)(mai)宽也加宽(占(zhan)空比增多);当(dang)R端(duan)(duan)电(dian)压下(xia)降时,Q端(duan)(duan)脉(mai)(mai)冲变窄,同时 ⑥脚送(song)出(chu)脉(mai)(mai)宽也变变窄(占(zhan)空比减小)。

UC3842各点(dian)(dian)时(shi)(shi)序如图所示,只(zhi)有(you)当(dang)E点(dian)(dian)为(wei)高(gao)电(dian)(dian)平时(shi)(shi)才(cai)(cai)有(you)信号(hao)输(shu)出(chu)(chu) ,并且a、b点(dian)(dian)全为(wei)高(gao)电(dian)(dian)平时(shi)(shi),d点(dian)(dian)才(cai)(cai)送(song)出(chu)(chu)高(gao)电(dian)(dian)平,c点(dian)(dian)送(song)出(chu)(chu)低(di)电(dian)(dian)平,否则d点(dian)(dian)送(song)出(chu)(chu)低(di)电(dian)(dian)平,c点(dian)(dian)送(song)出(chu)(chu)高(gao)电(dian)(dian)平。②脚(jiao)一般接输(shu)出(chu)(chu)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)取样信号(hao),也(ye)称反馈信号(hao)。当(dang)② 脚(jiao)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)上(shang)升时(shi)(shi),①脚(jiao)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)将下降(jiang),R端电(dian)(dian)压(ya)亦(yi)随之(zhi)下降(jiang),于是⑥脚(jiao)脉冲变窄(zhai);反之(zhi),⑥脚(jiao)脉冲变宽。

③脚为电(dian)(dian)流传感端,通(tong)常在功(gong)率管(guan)的(de)源(yuan)极(ji)或发射极(ji)串入一小阻值取样电(dian)(dian)阻,将流过开(kai)关管(guan)的(de)电(dian)(dian)流转为电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya),并将此电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)引入境脚。当(dang)负载短路或其它原因(yin)引起(qi)功(gong)率管(guan)电(dian)(dian)流增加(jia),并使取样电(dian)(dian)阻上(shang)的(de)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)超过1V时,⑥脚就(jiu)停止(zhi)脉冲输出,这样就(jiu)可以有(you)效(xiao)的(de)保护(hu)功(gong)率管(guan)不受损坏。

2、TOP224P构成的12V、20W开关直流稳压电源电路

由(you)TOP224P构成的 12V、20W开关直流稳压电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)电(dian)(dian)路如图所示。

电(dian)路(lu)(lu)中使用两片集成电(dian)路(lu)(lu):TOP224P型三端单片开关电(dian)源(IC1),PC817A型线性光耦合(he)器(qi) (IC2)。交(jiao)流电(dian)源经过(guo)UR和Cl整流滤波后产生直(zhi)流高压(ya)Ui,给高频变压(ya)器(qi)T的一次(ci)绕组供电(dian)。

VDz1和(he)VD1能将漏感产生的(de)尖峰(feng)电压(ya)钳位到安全(quan)值, 并能衰减振铃电压(ya)。VDz1采用反向击穿电压(ya)为200V的(de)P6KE200型瞬(shun)态电压(ya)抑(yi)制器,VDl选(xuan)用1A/600V的(de)UF4005型超快恢复二极管。


二 次绕组电(dian)压(ya)通过V砬(la)、C2、Ll和C3整流滤波,获得12V输出电(dian)压(ya)Uo。Uo值是由VDz2稳定电(dian)压(ya)Uz2、光耦中LED的(de)正向压(ya)降(jiang)UF、R1上的(de)压(ya)降(jiang) 这(zhei)三者之和来设(she)定的(de)。

改变(bian)高频变(bian)压器的匝数(shu)比(bi)(bi)和(he)(he)VDz2的稳压值(zhi),还可(ke)获得其他输出电压值(zhi)。R2和(he)(he)VDz2五(wu)还为(wei)12V输出提供一个假负(fu)载(zai),用(yong)以提高轻载(zai) 时的负(fu)载(zai)调整率。反馈(kui)绕组电压经VD3和(he)(he)C4整流(liu)滤波后,供给TOP224P所需(xu)偏(pian)压。由R2和(he)(he)VDz2来调节(jie)控制端电流(liu),通(tong)过改变(bian)输出占空比(bi)(bi)达到稳压目的。


共模扼(e)流圈L2能(neng)减小(xiao)由一(yi)次(ci)绕(rao)组(zu)(zu)接D端的(de)(de)高压开(kai)关波(bo)形所(suo)产生的(de)(de)共模泄漏电流。C7为(wei)保护电容,用(yong)于(yu)滤掉(diao)由一(yi)次(ci)、二次(ci)绕(rao)组(zu)(zu)耦合电容引起的(de)(de)干扰。C6可(ke)减 小(xiao)由一(yi)次(ci)绕(rao)组(zu)(zu)电流的(de)(de)基波(bo)与谐波(bo)所(suo)产生的(de)(de)差模泄漏电流。C5不仅能(neng)滤除加在控制端上(shang)的(de)(de)尖(jian)峰(feng)电流,而且决定(ding)自启动频率,它(ta)还与R1、R3一(yi)起对控制回路进行补(bu)偿。

三、场效应管经典电路-DC-DC电源

1、3V转+5V、+12V的电路图

由电(dian)(dian)池(chi)供(gong)电(dian)(dian)的(de)便携式电(dian)(dian)子产品一(yi)般(ban)都(dou)采用低电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)电(dian)(dian)压,这样(yang)可减(jian)少电(dian)(dian)池(chi)数量(liang),达到(dao)减(jian)小(xiao)产品尺寸及重量(liang)的(de)目的(de),故一(yi)般(ban)常用3~5V作为(wei)工作电(dian)(dian)压,为(wei)保证电(dian)(dian)路工作的(de)稳定(ding)性及精度,要(yao)求采用稳压电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供(gong)电(dian)(dian)。

若电(dian)(dian)路采(cai)用(yong)5V工(gong)作电(dian)(dian)压,但另需(xu)一(yi)(yi)个较高的工(gong)作电(dian)(dian)压,这(zhei)往往使设(she)计者为难(nan)。本(ben)文介绍一(yi)(yi)种采(cai)用(yong)两(liang)块(kuai)升压模块(kuai)组成(cheng)的电(dian)(dian)路可解决这(zhei)一(yi)(yi)难(nan)题,并且只要两(liang)节电(dian)(dian)池供电(dian)(dian)。

该电(dian)(dian)路的特(te)点(dian)是外围元件少、尺寸小、重量轻、输出+5V、+12V都是稳定的,满足便携(xie)式电(dian)(dian)子产品的要(yao)求。+5V电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)可输出60mA,+12V电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)最大输出电(dian)(dian)流为5mA。

该电(dian)(dian)路如上(shang)图所示。它由AH805升(sheng)压(ya)(ya)模(mo)(mo)块及(ji)FP106升(sheng)压(ya)(ya)模(mo)(mo)块组(zu)成。AH805是一(yi)种输入1.2~3V,输出5V的(de)升(sheng)压(ya)(ya)模(mo)(mo)块,在3V供电(dian)(dian)时可(ke)输出 100mA电(dian)(dian)流。FP106是贴片式升(sheng)压(ya)(ya)模(mo)(mo)块,输入4~6V,输出固定电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)为(wei)29±1V,输出电(dian)(dian)流可(ke)达(da)40mA,AH805及(ji)FP106都(dou)是一(yi)个电(dian)(dian)平控制(zhi)的(de)关闭电(dian)(dian)源控制(zhi)端。


两节(jie)1.5V碱性电池(chi)输出的3V电压(ya)(ya)输入AH805,AH805输出+5V电压(ya)(ya),其一路作5V输出,另一路输入FP106使其产生28~30V电压(ya)(ya),经稳压(ya)(ya)管稳压(ya)(ya)后输出+12V电压(ya)(ya)。

从图中可(ke)(ke)以看(kan)出,只要改变稳压管的稳压值,即可(ke)(ke)获得(de)不(bu)同的输(shu)出电(dian)(dian)压,使用十分(fen)灵(ling)活(huo)。FP106的第(di)⑤脚为控(kong)制(zhi)电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)关闭(bi)端,在(zai)关闭(bi)电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)时,耗电(dian)(dian)几乎为零,当第(di)⑤脚加高电(dian)(dian)平》2.5V时,电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)导通;当第(di)⑤脚加低(di)电(dian)(dian)平<0.4V时,电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)被关闭(bi)。可(ke)(ke)以用电(dian)(dian)路来(lai)控(kong)制(zhi)或(huo)手动控(kong)制(zhi),若(ruo)不(bu)需控(kong)制(zhi)时,第(di)⑤脚与第(di) ⑧脚连接(jie)。


2、用MC34063做3.6V电转9V电路图

工(gong)作状态:

1、无负载(zai):输(shu)入(ru):3.65V、18uA(相当(dang)600mAH的电池待机三年多)

2、有负载:输(shu)出:9.88V、50.2mA,输(shu)入(ru):3.65V、186.7mA,效率为72%


工作原(yuan)理(li):

无负载时,IC的 6脚没(mei)有电,停止工作,输入(ru)端(duan)3.65V工作电流只有18uA(相当600mAH的电池待机(ji)三年(nian)多)!

当(dang)有(you)负(fu)载时(Q1有(you)Ieb电(dian)(dian)流)8550的EC极导通,IC得(de)电(dian)(dian)工作。IC是否(fou)工作是由是否(fou)有(you)负(fu)载决定(ding)的,就相当(dang)一个电(dian)(dian)池(chi)。用IC做电(dian)(dian)压(ya)转换效率高,输出稳(wen)定(ding)!

这(zhei)个电(dian)路加(jia)点改(gai)进,增加(jia)功率可(ke)以做“不需(xu)开关的(de)4.2V转5V移动电(dian)源(yuan)”。可(ke)以用个电(dian)池(chi)盒做手(shou)机的(de)后备(bei)电(dian)源(yuan)!

2、2.75W中功率USB充电器电路图

该设(she)计采用了Power Integrations的(de)LinkSwitch系列产品LNK613DG。这种设(she)计非常适(shi)合手机或(huo)类似的(de)USB充(chong)电(dian)器应(ying)用,包(bao)括(kuo)手机电(dian)池充(chong)电(dian)器、USB 充(chong)电(dian)器或(huo)任何有恒压/恒流特性要求的(de)应(ying)用。

五、场效应管经典电路-恒流源

1、浅谈如何设计三线制恒流源驱动电路

恒流(liu)(liu)源(yuan)驱动电(dian)(dian)(dian)路负责驱动温(wen)(wen)度传感器Pt1000,将(jiang)其感知(zhi)的随温(wen)(wen)度变化的电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)信(xin)号转换成可测量(liang)的电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)信(xin)号。本系统中,所需恒流(liu)(liu)源(yuan)要具有输(shu)出电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)恒定(ding),温(wen)(wen)度稳定(ding)性好,输(shu)出电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)很(hen)大(da),输(shu)出电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)小(xiao)于0.5 mA(Pt1000无自热效应的上限),负载一端接地,输(shu)出电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)极性可改变等特点。


由(you)于温度(du)对(dui)集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)运放参数(shu)影响不(bu)如(ru)对(dui)晶体管或场效应(ying)管参数(shu)影响显(xian)著,由(you)集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)运放构成(cheng)的恒流(liu)源具(ju)有稳定性(xing)更好、恒流(liu)性(xing)能更高(gao)(gao)的优点。尤其在负载一(yi)端(duan)需(xu)要接(jie)地(di)的场合,获(huo)得了广泛应(ying)用(yong)。所以采用(yong)图2所示的双(shuang)运放恒流(liu)源。其中放大器(qi)UA1构成(cheng)加法(fa)器(qi),UA2构成(cheng)跟随器(qi),UA1、UA2均(jun)选(xuan)用(yong)低噪声(sheng)、低失调(diao)、高(gao)(gao)开环增益双(shuang)极性(xing)运算放大器(qi)OP07。

2、开关电源式高耐压恒流源电路图

研制(zhi)仪器(qi)需要一(yi)个能在(zai)0到3兆欧姆(mu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻上产生1MA电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)恒流(liu)源,用UC3845结合12V蓄电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池设计了一(yi)个,变压(ya)器(qi)采用彩色电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)视(shi)机高(gao)压(ya)包(bao),其中L1用漆包(bao)线在(zai)原高(gao)压(ya)包(bao)磁(ci)心上绕24匝,L3借助原来高(gao)压(ya)包(bao)的(de)一(yi)个线圈,L2借助高(gao)压(ya)包(bao)的(de)高(gao)压(ya)部分。L3和LM393构成限压(ya)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,限制(zhi)输(shu)(shu)出电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)过(guo)高(gao),调节R10 可以调节开路输(shu)(shu)出电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)。

六、场效应管放大电路图的应用实例
